Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received (excluding wholesale orders, your invoice will be sent on shipment). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Australian wholesale orders will be sent an invoice outlining shipping once calculated. Millie&Mon uses TNT for all wholesale shipping.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship worldwide using multiple providers. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers at this time.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, so we can assist with a resolution.
If you are a wholesale customer and choose to arrange your own shipping method, Millie & Mon will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items in transit. In this case, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve the matter directly with their chosen carrier.
